Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Sraize <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Bob Pedersen <br />ADMIMS1 RAWR <br />Joel R Hanson <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little <br />Canada will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 25, 1995, <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for <br />the following improvements: <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 94 -7 - Public hearing begins at 6:00 P.M. <br />Gilanderi Lane by water main improvement as well as street <br />reconstruction. Amount to be assessed is $79,552.00. The area <br />proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land <br />abutting said streets. <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 94 -5 - Public hearing begins at 6:30 P.M. <br />Viking Drive east of Edgerton Street by water main improvement as <br />well as street reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and <br />storm drainage facilities. Amount to be assessed is $81,247.00. <br />The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts <br />of land abutting said street. <br />The proposed assessment rolls are on file with the City <br />Administrator. <br />Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner <br />will be considered. <br />No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment <br />adopted pursuant to MN Statutes 1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision <br />2 unless a written objection signed by the affected property <br />owner is filed with the City Administrator prior to the <br />assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the <br />Hearing. <br />Any owner may appeal an assessment to district court <br />pursuant to Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon <br />the Mayor or City Administrator of the City of Little Canada <br />within 30 days after the adoption of the assessment and filing <br />such notice with the district court within ten days after service <br />upon the Mayor or City Administrator. <br />Senior citizens or retired and disabled persons may request <br />a hardship special assessment deferral in accordance with <br />Sections 435.193 to 435.195 as follows: <br />435.193 Senior Citizens or retired and disabled persons <br />hardship special assessment deferral. <br />Page 5 <br />
