TASK: Develop Procedures, Application form(s), Timing of Loan/Grant Cycle, Selection Process. <br />Decide whether to form a grant review committee, or conduct staff review based on predetermined <br />criteria, with recommendations to the Livable Communities Advisory Committee. Discuss weighting <br />system for selection criteria.
