AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AND THE JOINT POWERS DISTRICT 16067 WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD TO PERMIT THE <br />CONNECTION OF SAID JOINT POWERS DISTRICT 16067 TO THE <br />LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br />, 1995, by and between the City of Little Canada, a <br />municipal corporation, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City ", and Joint Powers District <br />#6067, a public corporation organized under the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Owner ". <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />WHEREAS, the City has constructed and operates a municipal <br />water system and has agreed with the undersigned Owner that the <br />following described real property within the City of Maplewood be <br />allowed to connect to the Little Canada municipal water system, <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. §444.075 and the conditions specified <br />herein, and <br />WHEREAS, it is beneficial that Owner be allowed to connect <br />the following described real property to the said municipal water <br />system. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed that the real property <br />to be connected to the system is described as follows: <br />Parcel I: <br />ALL THAT PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF <br />SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 22, LYING WEST OF THE <br />MINNEAPOLIS, SAINT PAUL AND SAULT SAINT MARIE RAILWAY <br />COMPANY RIGHT -OF -WAY, EXCEPT THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 <br />OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 22, <br />-1- <br />Page 138 <br />
