The property in question is located behind 122, <br />Agenda 128 and 134 Twin Lake Road. <br />Item No. 9 <br />.Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission and Planner have <br />recommended approval of the variance request. <br />Fahey reported that he was presented with two letters from Mr. Ernest <br />Larson, property owner of 122 Twin Lake Road, opposing the variance. <br />These letters were read into the record. <br />Fahey asked if Mr. Leibel has been able to obtain the necessary <br />easements to provide road access for 140 Twin Lake Blvd. to the <br />road. <br />Jim Leibel, representing the applicant, Bob Leibel, appeared before <br />the Council and reported that they are trying to acquire the necessary <br />property to provide access for 140 Twin Lake Blvd. to the road. <br />Page 41 <br />
