RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the information contained within this report our office <br />recommends denial of the eight (8) foot front yard variance request <br />to construct a detached garage. However, if the applicant agrees <br />to construct the garage in a location which meets all of the <br />required setbacks, our office recommends approval of the <br />conditional use permit to construct an addition on the existing <br />garage, and construction of a new accessory building which in total <br />exceeds 1,000 square feet in size, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The accessory buildings are to be used for storage of personal <br />belongings and may not be used to operate a business from. <br />2.
