(Not more than 30 days and <br />not less than 10 days prior to the hearing.) <br />November 8 City Council conducts public hearing. <br />New TIF District established. <br />Development program amended. <br />November 9 Request for certification sent to County. <br />District filed with State Auditors Office. <br />Pi IModify Development Programs and TIF Plans for Other Related TIF Districts <br />Rationale: Three other tax increment financing districts can play a role in the Development <br />Guide: #3, #2-1 and #5. TIF Plan and Development Program amendments are needed to <br />provide proper application to implementation of the Development Guide. For each District, <br />the specific changes include: <br />► Expanding the boundaries of the applicable development district to include more parts <br />of the Rice Street - Little Canada Road area. <br />► Amend plan budget to include expenditures related to the Development Guide. <br />► Amend authorizations for bonded indebtedness. <br />► Add parcels of land that can be acquired through use of TIF funds from the district. <br />Amending the TIF Plans to make these changes requires a formal hearing process. <br />Implementation 1Dra, ft - September 1, 1995] Page 4+11 <br />Page 92 <br />
