SEP 13 '95 02:21PM EHLERS & ASSOCIATES <br />P.3/3 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. . <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. <br />4 AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 <br />LOCATED WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 4, TILE <br />MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.5 AND TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO.5 LOCATED WITHIN <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 5, THE MODIFICATION OF <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 AND TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 24 LOCATED WITHIN <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, AND THE ADOPTION OF <br />THE MODIFIED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS RELATING THERETO. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "City "), <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. Public ,Hearing. This Council shall meet on <br />,1995, at approximately p.m to hold a public hearing on the proposed <br />modification of the Development Program for Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 located within Development District No. 4; the proposed <br />modification of the Development Program for Development District No. 5 and Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing District No. 5 Located within Development District No. 5; and the proposed <br />modification of the Development Program for Development District No. 2 and Tax increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1 located within Development District No. 2, all pursuant to and <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />469.174 to 469.179, inclusive, as amended. <br />Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Program. Staff is authorized and directed to work with <br />Ehlers and Associates to forward documents to the appropriate taxing jurisdictions including Ramsey County <br />and Independent School District No. 623 (Roseville School District) of the hearing, and to prepare a notice <br />together with an appropriate map as required by law, to be published in the official newspaper of the City <br />not later than 10 days prior to ,1995, and to place a copy of the modified Programs <br />and Plans on file in the City Administrator's at City Hall and to make such copy available for inspection by <br />the public. <br />Dated: <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />NAWPDATAICANADAViICPSINCIYCALL RES <br />PAGE 7 <br />ADOPTED: <br />MAYOR <br />
