Hanson <br />Pending the outcome of the workshop meeting, a number of <br />implementation actions may need to be taken at the regular <br />Council meeting. They could include the following: <br />* Adoption of the resolution approving the statement of <br />understanding for redevelopment of the Market Place <br />Center. <br />Acceptance of a proposal for architectural services to <br />assist in addressing architectural design strategies <br />for the Rice Street /Little Canada Road area. <br />* Direction on pursuit of option agreements for <br />residential properties within the redevelopment area. <br />* Other (to be determined at workshop meeting). <br />Under separate cover is the agenda and related information for <br />the workshop meeting.
