(d) No person shall place a temporary sign on or over public property or <br />obstruct the visibility of drivers at intersections or when entering or • <br />leaving public streets. <br />(e) Off-site temporary signs are prohibited. - <br />(f) The operator of a searchlight must turn it off when the business where <br />the searchlight is operating closes or by 10:00 p.m., whichever comes <br />first. <br />(g) The City Council may approve exceptions to this section if the applicant <br />can show there are unusual circumstances with the request. The Council <br />may attach conditions to their approval to assure that the sign will be <br />compatible with surrounding properties. <br />Sec. 36-279 - 36-290.
