Storage is screened from view of the public right- <br />of -way in compliance with Section 903.020, G of <br />this Ordinance. <br />-4.:.-- Storage area is black top or concrete. <br />5. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that <br />the light source shall not be visible from the <br />public right -of -way or from neighboring residences <br />and shall be in compliance with Sections 902.020, 2 <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Area does not take up parking space as required for <br />conformity to this Ordinance. <br />- -The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this <br />Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />Semi -truck or trailer parking as an accessory use, <br />provided: <br />i_' Parking area including stalls, drive aisles, and <br />maneuvering area, and in combination with storage <br />area as defined in Section 918.040, A, is equal to <br />no more than seventy -five (75) percent of the gross <br />floor area of the principal structure or twenty - <br />five (25) percent of the lot area, whichever is <br />less. <br />2.
