Anderson, Trustee of "the'Anderson Family Trust dated January 9, 1990, Grantor, and the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantee; WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, in consideration of One and No /100 ($1.00) Dollars to them in hand paid by said Grantee, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and warrant to said Grantee, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for street, drainage, and utility purposes, and for ingress and egress at any and all times with all machinery, equipment and materials necessary for the aforesaid purpose, in, over, and upon the following described property owned by Grantor and situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota, which permanent easement is described as follows: Permanent Easements for Street, Drainage, and Utility Purposes: The South 15 feet of the West one hundred sixty -six and 5 /10ths (166.5) feet of the North two hundred fifty -two and 5 /10ths (252.5) feet of the East six hundred nineteen and 5 /10ths (619.5) feet of the North seventy (70) rods of the South one hundred twenty (120) rods of the East fifty (50) rods of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section eight (8), in Township twenty -nine (29), Range twenty -two (22). TO HAVE AND HOLD said Easement unto said Grantee and its assigns. The Grantor hereby warrant the title to the Easement property and will defend such title against the lawful claims of all persons.
