Anderson, Trustee of "the'Anderson Family <br />Trust dated January 9, 1990, Grantor, and the City of Little <br />Canada, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, Grantee; <br />WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, in consideration of One <br />and No /100 ($1.00) Dollars to them in hand paid by said Grantee, <br />and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and warrant to said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for <br />street, drainage, and utility purposes, and for ingress and <br />egress at any and all times with all machinery, equipment and <br />materials necessary for the aforesaid purpose, in, over, and upon <br />the following described property owned by Grantor and situated in <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, which permanent easement is described <br />as follows: <br />Permanent Easements for Street, Drainage, and Utility <br />Purposes: <br />The South 15 feet of the West one hundred sixty -six and <br />5 /10ths (166.5) feet of the North two hundred fifty -two and <br />5 /10ths (252.5) feet of the East six hundred nineteen and <br />5 /10ths (619.5) feet of the North seventy (70) rods of the <br />South one hundred twenty (120) rods of the East fifty (50) <br />rods of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section eight (8), <br />in Township twenty -nine (29), Range twenty -two (22). <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said Easement unto said Grantee and its assigns. <br />The Grantor hereby warrant the title to the Easement property and <br />will defend such title against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />Page 23 <br />
