Schlaeger and Christine Schlaeger, husband and wife, Contract Vendors, and James Richard Manteuffel and Terry Marie Manteuffel, husband and wife, Contract Vendees, Grantors, and the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantee; WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, in consideration of One and No /100 ($1.00) Dollars to them in hand paid by said Grantee, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and warrant to said Grantee, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for street, drainage, and utility purposes, and for ingress and egress at any and all times with all machinery, equipment and materials necessary for the aforesaid purpose, in, over, and upon the following described property owned by Grantors and situated. in Ramsey County, Minnesota, which permanent easement is described as follows: Permanent Easements for Street, Drainage, and Utility Purposes: The West 12.50 feet of the South 30.00 feet of that part of the South 115 feet of the North 268 feet of the East 286.5 feet of the South 120 rods of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 22, except that part thereof taken for Minnesota Trunk Highway 36 and the West 12.5 feet of the South 30 feet of the North 268 feet of the East 299 feet of the South 120 rods of said Southeast Quarter, Section 8, Township 29, Range 22, as is dedicated for those purposes.
