Gawreluk, <br />husband and wife, Grantors, and the City of Little Canada, a <br />municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />Grantee; <br />WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, in consideration of One <br />and No /100 ($1.00) Dollars to them in hand paid by said Grantee, <br />and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and warrant to said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for <br />street, drainage, and utility purposes, and for ingress and <br />egress at any and all times with all machinery, equipment and <br />materials necessary for the aforesaid purpose, in, over, and upon <br />the following described property owned by Grantors and situated <br />in Ramsey County, Minnesota, which permanent easement is <br />described as follows: <br />Permanent Easements for Street, Drainage, and Utility <br />Purposes: <br />The West 12.50 feet of that part of the East 299.00 feet of <br />the South 120 rods of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 29, Range 22, which lies North of and West of <br />right -of -way of the Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 36, except <br />the North 268 feet thereof. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said Easement unto said Grantee and its assigns. <br />The Grantors hereby warrant the title to the Easement property <br />and will defend such title against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />Page 33 <br />
