All height restrictions on signs shall include <br />height of sign structure and be measured from lot <br />grade. <br />9. Any sign now or hereafter existing which no longer <br />advertises or identifies a bonafide business <br />conducted, or a service rendered, or a product <br />sold, shall be removed by the owner, agent, or <br />person having the beneficial use and /or control of <br />the building or structure upon which the sign may <br />be found within ten (10) days after written notice <br />from the Zoning Administrator. <br />10. Grand opening temporary sign permits announcing <br />the opening of a new business shall not exceed two <br />(2) signs defined as temporary under Section <br />903.110, Letter C, Number 4 for a period not to <br />exceed fourteen (14) days. No such "Grand <br />Opening" signs will be allowed if they interfere <br />with the use of adjacent property or constitute a <br />danger to the public health, welfare, or well <br />being. <br />Page 44 <br />
