BE IT FURTHER APPROVED: <br />A. That the amount of taxes voted for the year ending 1995 <br />to be raised in Little Canada is <br />Gross Tax Levy <br />Less - HACA <br />Net Tax Levy <br />$399,248.00 <br />B. That the 280 Form is hereby approved as submitted. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Fahey, LaVaile, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 20th day of December, 1995. <br />Page 36 <br />
