DEC-14-1995 17:08 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CRNRDR P.03 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2901.020 OF <br />THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />RELATING TO THE DEFERRAL OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2901.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />2901.020 HARDSHIP DEFINED. A hardship may be deemed to <br />exist if the applicants household income falls within the "low to <br />moderate" income range pursuant to current Federal Guidelines <br />relating to the Federal Section 8 Housing Program. The average <br />annual payment of an assessment shall be the total cost of the <br />assessment divided by the number of years spread. The Council <br />may also determine hardship on the basis of exceptional and <br />unusual circumstances not covered herein. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
