No. <br />06016 <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 8 <br />Woodlyn <br />Avenue <br />Update <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 9 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -121 - DECLARING A <br />MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSES IN THE CITY IN THE EVENT <br />THAT THE STATE LEGISLATURE ISSUES ANY <br />ADDITIONAL LICENSES TO THE CITY, AND UNTIL <br />SUCH TIME AS THERE IS AN ORDINANCE IN EFFECT <br />TO CONTROL THE ISSUANCE OF THESE POTENTIAL <br />LICENSES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 132. <br />adoption: <br />At this point in the meeting, 9:08 P.M., Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 9:15 P.M. <br />The City Engineer reported that the assessment reapportionment for <br />Division No. DA 06016 was routine, and recommended approval. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87 -3 -122 - APPROVING ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT DIVISION NO. DA 06016 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 133. <br />The City Engineer reported that his office is proceeding to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of Woodlyn Avenue by <br />watermain. <br />The Engineer further reported that at this point Mr. Deeb and Mr. <br />Donovan have not decided if they want to proceed with the improvement <br />of watermain along proposed Soo Lane. <br />Page 14 <br />
