c + 9»W Cam
515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600
(612) 484 -2177 / FAX: (612) 484 -4538
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor Fahey & Members of the City Council
FROM: Duane Williams, Fire Marshal
DATE: December 20, 1995
RE: Frattalone Request for Burning Permit
MAYOR
Michael I. Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scaize
Jim LaValte
Steve Moreton
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
On December 19, 1995, I visited the property at 3000 Centerville
Road. Currently, there are two wood piles -- one near the road
and another toward the rear of the property. It will be
necessary to move the unusable material that is to be burned to
the center of the site. This will provide ample space to allow a
safe burn.
This season does not cause a reason to deny the permit with the
exception of wind. It appears Mr. Frattalone has been made aware
of the various requirements from related agencies. In the past,
I have dealt with Mr. Frattalone in similar situations and he
always acted conscientiously.
After the usable logs and firewood have been disposed of properly
and the above provisions have been met, I am in favor of issuing
the necessary burning permit.
DW:kv
Page 30
