Hanson <br />The City of Little Canada is seeking proposals for its external audit <br />for the City's financial records for the year ended December 31, 1995. <br />The services described in the attached request are currently being <br />provided by the firm of Tautges, Redpath & Co., Ltd. The City believes <br />that it is appropriate from time to time to examine the marketplace to <br />be assured that it is receiving highly competent, broad -based - <br />audit /accounting services at a competitive rate. The purpose of this <br />letter and the attached request is to solicit proposals from firms <br />desiring to provide such services to the city. The following criteria <br />will be used to evaluate the proposals: <br />a. Municipal audit experience /References <br />b. Qualifications of assigned personnel <br />c. Level of service provided /City staff involvement <br />d. Cost <br />The City of Little Canada reserves the right to reject any and all <br />proposals submitted and to request additional information from <br />proposers. An award will be made to the firm that, in the opinion of <br />the City of Little Canada, is the best qualified to conduct the annual <br />audit for the City.
