Hanson <br />As I am sure you recall, the second Council meeting in December <br />has been cancelled the last few years. If the consensus is to <br />cancel the December 27th meeting, would the Council like to move <br />the December 13th meeting to the week of December 18th? Moving <br />the December 13th meeting to the following week allows staff more <br />time to finalize 1996 Budget figures. This would also accelerate <br />any public hearings associated with planning activities. Staff <br />does not have a preference for either possibility. <br />Page 99 <br />
