MINUTES <br />FINAL PLAT - <br />HERITAGE <br />OFFICE <br />PARK <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 9, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />November, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:00 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Cary Teague, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />October 12, 1995 Planning Commission meeting, those <br />minutes stood approved as read. <br />Mr. Don Newpower, Real Estate Masters, appeared <br />before the Commission requesting final plat approval <br />for Heritage Office Park. Newpower reported that his <br />firm is hoping to complete the platting process and <br />then begin construction on two to three buildings in <br />the Spring. <br />Steve Bienke, Fine Line Design, noted that the <br />Planner's report talks about garbage storage being <br />internal. Bienke pointed out that he submitted a <br />revised drawing which shows the garbage storage area in <br />a corner of the parking lot. <br />It was the consensus of the Planning Commission that <br />garbage storage issues could be worked out with the <br />City Planner between now and the City Council meeting <br />on November 22nd. <br />1 <br />Page 13 <br />
