ATTACHMENT "A" <br />MONTHLY RATES <br />A five tier system consisting of: <br />1) The cost for the low volume service rate shall be $2.75 per bag. The <br />service will be offer to residents over the age of 62. The service <br />will consist of a prepaid sticker purchased directly from the <br />Contractor and applied to the bag which is placed on the curbside for <br />pick up on collection day. If a sticker is not present during <br />collection, no pick up will be made. <br />2) Monthly cost for the <br />$9.00. <br />3) Monthly cost for the <br />$10.82. <br />4) Monthly cost for the <br />$12.18. <br />5) Monthly cost for the <br />cans) will be $15.90 <br />• <br />30 gallon service (one 30 gallon can) will be <br />60 gallon service (two 30 gallon cans) will be <br />90 gallon service (three 30 gallon cans) will be <br />150 gallon /unlimited service (five 30 gallon <br />Each homeowner will be allowed to make a service selection once per year. <br />Additional selections during the year would require a $15 administrative <br />fee payable to the resident's contractor. <br />Recycling shall be picked up every week on the same day as refuse <br />collection. The fee for service shall be billed as a separate item from <br />refuse collection. The fee will be $2.00 per month per residence and will <br />include pick -up of the following goods: 1 & 2 plastics, junk mail, <br />magazines, bi -metal cans, aluminum, newspaper, ledger paper, and corrugated <br />cardboard. <br />Page 91 <br />
