I would suggest that the City Attorney be asked to provide the Council <br />with some guidance as to the standards of review for Conditional Use Permits <br />and also to provide the Council with an opinion as to whether the Council's <br />and Commission's "hands are tied" and they have no choice but to approve the <br />application, as the Administrator and other Commission members seemed to <br />believe at the January 12 hearing. <br />Thank you for considering my views.
