Ordinance No. <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.020 OF 'Ink, LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FENCING AND SCREENING ON <br />CERTAIN COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />PROPERTIES. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.020 Subd. F.8. is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />903.020 F.8.d. <br />Where any business or industrial use abuts property zoned for residential <br />use, the business or industry shall provide screening along the boundary <br />of the residentially zoned property in accordance with the standards listed <br />in Section 903.020.G. entitled "Required Screening, Landscaping, and Site <br />Work ". <br />Section 2. <br />Section 903.020 Subd. F.7. is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />903.020 F.7.c. <br />Where any multiple family residential use abuts property zoned for single <br />family residential use, the multiple family residential project shall provide <br />screening along the boundary of the single family residential property in <br />accordance with the standards listed in Section 903.020.G. entitled <br />"Required Screening, Landscaping, and Site Work ". <br />Section 3. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota, this _ day of <br />, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Page 107 <br />CITY OF LI'11'LE CANADA <br />Michael 1.
