MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 12, 1995 <br />CUP TO MOVE <br />HOUSE INTO <br />THE CITY - <br />JASON GRAF <br />side of Minnesota Street. It is proposed to rezone <br />that property to R -2. <br />Garske asked if Howe was platting the common property <br />as an Outlot. <br />Howe replied that the common property would be platted <br />as Lot 39. <br />DeLonais asked if Howe agreed with the recommendations <br />of the City Planner. <br />Howe replied that he did. <br />There was no one present in the audience wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Schletty recommended the rezoning of the affected <br />property located on the south side of Minnesota Avenue <br />from B -3 to R -2 as requested by Mr. Howe. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carries 6 - 0. <br />Mr. Schletty recommended approval of Planned Unit <br />Development to allow individual units and common open <br />space as well as Final Plat for Cobblestone Village <br />consisting of thirty -eight buildable lots and common <br />area as presented by Mr. Gordie Howe, Masterpiece <br />Homes, subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />of the City Planner as outlined in his report dated <br />January 9, 1995. <br />Motion seconded by Garske. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />The City Planner reported that Jason Graf has applied <br />for a Conditional Use Permit to move a house into the <br />City. The house would be moved onto the property at <br />256 Twin Lake Trail. The Planner reported that the <br />Building Inspector has looked at the house and <br />determined that it is single- story, therefore, a <br />minimum square footage of 1,040 is required.
