Hanson <br />The City currently requires a Game Room License for businesses <br />with four or more amusement devices. There is a $100 annual fee <br />associated with this license. <br />The following information relates to the fees being charged by <br />the surrounding cities for amusement devices: <br />Arden Hills - <br />An annual fee is charged based on number of machines: <br />1 - $50.00 <br />2 -4 - $100.00 <br />5 -10 - $275.00 <br />11 -15 - $605.00 <br />Over 15 - $900.00 <br />Falcon Heights - <br />An annual fee of $30.00 per machine. <br />Maplewood - <br />An annual fee of $41.00 per machine, plus $160 per location. <br />Roseville - <br />An annual fee of $75.00 per machine. <br />Shoreview - <br />An annual fee of $75.00 per machine. <br />Vadnais Heights - <br />An annual fee of $38.00 for the first two machines, and $38.00 <br />for each additional machine. <br />Page 8 <br />
