Hanson <br />Attached is an ordinance extending the moratorium in the City's <br />B -3 Districts to March 1, 1995. The current moratorium will <br />expire on January 18, 1995. Please note that the moratorium that <br />was established for the Rice Street corridor has already expired. <br />It is the recommendation of the City Planner that this B -3 <br />District moratorium be extended to give the Council time to adopt <br />the Land Use Plan for the City's B -3 Districts, specifically <br />those B -3 properties abutting Rice Street. The Planner believes <br />that the March 1st date will give the Council adequate time to do <br />this. <br />Page 20 <br />
