Hanson <br />Enclosed with this agenda is a copy of the preliminary <br />development agreement which had been executed by Mr. Collyard on <br />December 7, 1994. Under separate cover, you were furnished with <br />a copy of a letter I had sent to Mr. Collyard asking for <br />additional documentation relative to the project. Mr. Collyard <br />has indicated he will be delivering some of the information by <br />the deadline stated on the letter. However, there will not be <br />sufficient time to review it prior to the distribution of the <br />agenda. Therefore, I will have to report on the status of these <br />submittals at Wednesday's meeting.
