obligations due on the part of either party except that Developer <br />shall be responsible for all costs incurred by City as provided <br />for in Provision #20. <br />E. Developer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold <br />harmless City, its agents and employees, from any claim, demand, <br />suit, action or other proceeding whatsoever by any person for any <br />loss or damage to property or any injury to or death of any <br />person resulting from any actions by Developer, or its agents or <br />contractors. <br />22. Notices and Demands.
