PROPERTY OWNER INTEREST FORM <br />VIKING DRIVE WATER MAIN PROJECT <br />Please indicate your response for each category of statements. <br />Category I: (Please check one) <br />\//' <br />/ I (We) desire the City to install water main to serve my (our) <br />property based upon an estimated cost of $4,600.00 per lot. <br />I (We) oppose the installation of water main at an estimated cost <br />of $4,600.00 per lot. <br />Category II: <br />I (We) will sign a "Waiver of Right to Appeal Special <br />Assessments" in the amount of $4,600.00. This waiver will <br />prohibit us from appealing (contesting) our special assessments <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />I (We) will not sign a "Waiver of Right to Appeal Special <br />Assessments ". <br />Category III: <br />I (We) favor Alignment <br />side of Viking Drive. <br />I (We) favor Alignment <br />side of Viking brive. <br />Category IV: <br />1 which will primarily be on the north <br />2 which will primarily be on the south <br />I (We) will deed the necessary easement(s) for this project to <br />the City of Little Canada at no cost with the understanding that <br />the City will pay for the preparation of the easements and the <br />recording of same. (Alignment 1 only.) <br />I (We) will not grant the necessary easement(s) to the City of <br />Little Canada without compensation. (Alignment 1 only.) <br />Category V: <br />I (We) would like the City to undertake a road improvement in <br />conjunction with the installation of water main consisting of <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, a 28' wide roadway, and an <br />improved turn around at the east end of Viking Drive.
