304291.2 <br />(iii) The Policy shall provide at least thirty (30) days written <br />notice to EDA prior to cancellation of said insurance; <br />(d) Evidence satisfactory to EDA of liability insurance covering the <br />Developer, as follows: <br />(i) Occurrence based commercial general liability insurance <br />pursuant to an ISO Commercial General Liability Policy (1986 Form) <br />with the XCU exclusion deleted and the Broad Form Property Damage <br />Endorsement added with combined single limits not less than <br />$2,000,000; and <br />(ii) the policy shall name the EDA as an additional insured <br />party. <br />(e) Check made payable to Ramsey County Treasurer in the <br />amount necessary to the mortgage registration tax and conservation fee on the <br />Mortgage. <br />2.3 Documents to be Delivered on or Before Commencement of the <br />Rehabilitation Work: <br />(a) The Rehabilitation Work Construction Contracts and evidence <br />that the Developer has complied with requirements of 6.10 in connection with <br />the letting of the Rehabilitation Work Contracts. <br />(b) The Rehabilitation Work Construction timetable reasonably <br />acceptable to the EDA. <br />(c) Rehabilitation Work Plans which provide for the performance <br />of the Rehabilitation Work in a manner and to an extent reasonably <br />acceptable to the EDA. <br />(d) A Sworn Construction Cost Statement for the Rehabilitation <br />Work signed by the Developer which: <br />(i) <br />Describes all costs of the Rehabilitation Work; <br />(ii) Lists the names of all Contractors performing <br />Rehabilitation Work; and <br />(iv) Shows that the funds available to Developer are sufficient <br />to assure completion of the Rehabilitation Work. <br />Page 10 <br />
