30 days from receipt of the Rehabilitation Work Plans to review the Rehabilitation <br />Work Plans to determine if the Rehabilitation Work Plans complies with the City of <br />Little Canada's code requirements. If the EDA determines that the Rehabilitation <br />Work Plans do not comply with the City's code, the EDA shall notify the Developer <br />in writing and shall indicate in such notice those aspects of the Rehabilitation Work <br />Plans which do not comply with the City code. If the EDA determines that the <br />Rehabilitation Work Plans do not comply with the City code the Developer shall <br />modify the Plans and resubmit them to the EDA for review pursuant to the <br />procedures set forth in this Section 6.1. Upon the EDA's determination that the <br />Rehabilitation Work Plans comply with the City code, the EDA shall so notify the <br />Developer. The Developer shall have 30 days receipt of the City's notice to provide <br />the EDA the other documentation described in Section 2.3 and to commence the <br />Rehabilitation Work. The Developer shall provide the EDA with the documentation <br />described in Section 2.3 and shall commence the Rehabilitation Work on or before <br />6.2 Prepare Enhancement Work Plans and submit the Enhancement Work <br />Plans to the EDA for review prior to , 199_. The EDA shall have <br />30 days from receipt of the Enhancement Work Plans to review the Enhancement <br />Work Plans to determine if the Enhancement Work Plans complies with the City of <br />Little Canada's code requirements and with the Architectural Guidelines the City <br />establishes for the Redevelopment District in which the Project is located. If the <br />EDA determines that the Enhancement Work Plans do not comply with the City's <br />code or with the Architectural Guidelines the City establishes for the Redevelopment <br />District in which the Project is located, the EDA shall notify the Developer in writing <br />and shall indicate in such notice those aspects of the Enhancement Work Plans which <br />do not comply. If the EDA determines that the Enhancement Work Plans do not <br />comply with the City code or with the Architectural Guidelines the City establishes <br />for the Redevelopment District in which the Project and the Developer shall modify <br />the Plans and resubmit them to the EDA for review pursuant to the procedures set <br />forth in this Section 6.2. Upon the EDA's determination that the Enhancement <br />Work Plans comply with the City code and with the Architectural Guidelines the City <br />establishes for the Redevelopment District in which the Project, the EDA shall so <br />notify the Developer. The Developer shall have 30 days receipt of the City's notice <br />to provide the EDA with the documentation described in Section 2.4 and to <br />commence the Enhancement Work. The Developer shall provide the EDA with the <br />documentation described in the Section 2.4 and shall commence the Enhancement <br />Work on or before <br />304291.2 <br />6.3 Complete the Work in a good workmanlike manner in accordance with <br />the Plans and in any event, complete the Work on or before the applicable <br />Completion Date. <br />6.4 At all times, insure the Existing Improvements and the Work in the <br />manner set forth in Section 2.2(c) hereof. <br />Page 17 <br />
