NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PROPOSALS <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council ") <br />of the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, <br />1995, at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in <br />the Little Canada City Hall, 515 Little Canada Road, Little <br />Canada, Minnesota, relating to the modification of Development <br />District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1, the <br />modification of Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3, the modification of Development <br />District No. 5 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 5, and <br />the establishment of Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 and <br />establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2, a <br />redevelopment district, and the approval and adoption of the <br />Development Programs, Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment <br />Financing Plans (the "Plans ") relating thereto, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.068, Section 469.124 <br />to 469.134 and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.171, <br />inclusive, as amended. A copy of the Plans will be on file and <br />available for public inspection at the office of the City <br />Administrator at City Hall. <br />Tax increment Financing District No. 3 -2 encompasses all <br />property and adjacent and interior roads and rights -of -way as <br />found Exhibit 1 (see attached). Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 3 -2 includes property formerly included Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3 -2. The proposed boundaries of Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 may be reduced, but not <br />enlarged, prior to final adoption. Subject to certain <br />limitations, tax increments from Tax Increment Financing District <br />no. 3 -2 may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of <br />Development District No. 3 as found on the attached map. Further <br />information relating to Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 may be <br />obtained from the office of the City Administrator. <br />Development District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 2 -1, Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3, and Development District No. 5 and Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 5 are existing development <br />districts and tax increment financing districts as found on the <br />attached maps. The proposed modifications to Development <br />District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1, <br />Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 3, and Development District No. 5 and Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 5 involve changes to acquisition of property bonded <br />indebtedness and the budgets of the abovementioned tax increment <br />financing districts and expansion of the boundaries of the <br />development districts listed above.
