NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PROPOSALS CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 8, 1995, at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Little Canada City Hall, 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minnesota, relating to the modification of Development District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1, the modification of Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 3, the modification of Development District No. 5 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 5, and the establishment of Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 and establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2, a redevelopment district, and the approval and adoption of the Development Programs, Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plans (the "Plans ") relating thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.068, Section 469.124 to 469.134 and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.171, inclusive, as amended. A copy of the Plans will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall. Tax increment Financing District No. 3 -2 encompasses all property and adjacent and interior roads and rights -of -way as found Exhibit 1 (see attached). Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 includes property formerly included Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2. The proposed boundaries of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 may be reduced, but not enlarged, prior to final adoption. Subject to certain limitations, tax increments from Tax Increment Financing District no. 3 -2 may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Development District No. 3 as found on the attached map. Further information relating to Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 may be obtained from the office of the City Administrator. Development District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1, Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 3, and Development District No. 5 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 5 are existing development districts and tax increment financing districts as found on the attached maps. The proposed modifications to Development District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1, Development District No. 4 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 3, and Development District No. 5 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 5 involve changes to acquisition of property bonded indebtedness and the budgets of the abovementioned tax increment financing districts and expansion of the boundaries of the development districts listed above.
