Our previous <br />goal statement was only intended for 1996. I have been informed <br />by a representative of the Met Council that they require a longer <br />period of time. Therefore, I have adjusted the Goal Statement <br />by deleting the reference to 1996. I have also added a statement <br />which indicates we are only to be held accountable for results <br />within our control. <br />I would recommend adoption of the revised Goals Agreement as <br />presented. <br />Page 4 <br />
