EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 25, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said <br />City on the 25th day of October, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY'S 1996 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,719.00 <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County Department of Public Health provides SCORE Funding <br />Grants to assist cities in the administration of their recycling <br />programs; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The City must annually request its SCORE Grant moneis from the <br />County; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota that the Council hereby requests its 1996 SCORE <br />Funding Grant in the amount of $18,719.00 for administration of <br />the City's 1995 Recycling Program. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Fahey, Morelan, LaValle, Scalze, and Pedersen; <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 25th day of October, 1996. <br />Page 20 <br />
