Time, husband and wife, Grantors, and the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantee; WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, in consideration of One and No /100 ($1.00) Dollar to them in hand paid by said Grantee, and for other good a valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and warrant to said Grantee, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for street, drainage, and utility purposes, and for ingress and egress at any and all times with all machinery, equipment and materials necessary for the aforesaid purpose, in, over, and upon the following described property owned by Grantors and situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota, which permanent easement is described as follows: Property Description: The North 419.0 feet of the South 592.0 feet of the Southeast Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (S.W. 1/4) of Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying Easterly of the Minneapolis, St.. Paul, Sault St. Marie Railway right -of -way. Permanent Easement for Street, Drainage, and Utility Purposes: That part of the north 135.00 feet of the south 592.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Ramsey county, Minnesota which lies easterly of the easterly right -of -way line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul, Sault St. Marie Railway, which lies within a circumference of a circle having a radius of 35.00 feet. The center of said circle is a point 15.00 feet west and 5.00 feet north of the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4, J.F. Eisenmenger's 4 TH Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof. Page 25
