7 <br />1 <br />January 12, 1995 <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />City Planner <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Dear Mr. Grittman: <br />This letter is in regard to the conversation in your office on December 27, 1994 with Robert <br />Moser, my son -in -law, in which was briefly discussed a proposed development of property that <br />I own, located off County Road "D," one block west of LaBore Road, which I will tentatively <br />call Belland Lane. <br />As you requested, enclosed is the proposed concept of the above property showing eight <br />residential lots, each over 10,000 square feet with frontages of 75 feet to 110 feet. <br />A portion of this property connects the City Park property east of Aspen Circle and the City Park <br />property on the west side of LaBore Road along the NSP power lines, and this parcel, 118.7' x <br />223', I anticipate donating to the City of Little Canada. <br />As information, the above has been discussed with a reputable developer/builder of choice who <br />is interested in purchasing and developing this parcel. <br />The above, for your review and approval, after which preliminary plans and/or whatever is <br />required by the Planning Commission on the City Council to progress, will be furnished.
