Mr. Ryan's <br />property has traditionally accessed from this direction, although he also has frontage on Edgerton <br />Street. This subdivision is a formality from the standpoint of the City, in that it does not affect <br />lot sizes or setback issues. The only condition which we would recommend is that Mr. Ryan <br />simultaneously combines the conveyance to his property with the proper County recording <br />office.
