municipalities, and the Ramsey County Capital Improvement Program <br />provides funding for these improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada desires to reconstruct this segment of <br />Arcade Street for an estimated cost of $120,000 and fund the <br />reconstruction project with Municipal State Aid Street sources, <br />and an estimated $20,000 from the 1993 Capital Improvement Plan, <br />Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation Fund; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Little Canada <br />does hereby authorize Ramsey County to re- designate County State <br />Aid Highway designation to County Road Designation on all <br />proposed turnback routes located within the City of Little <br />Canada; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the revocation of Arcade Street will <br />be effective the first day of the second month following the date <br />the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from the City <br />of Little Canada concurring with the County revoking the "County <br />State Aid Highway" status of Arcade Street between Keller Parkway <br />and LaBore Road and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to <br />the City of Little Canada; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County will pay to the City as <br />just compensation for this jurisdiction transfer, an estimated <br />$20,000 (the total compensation is calculated from the "County <br />Road" reconstruction Cost Participation Policy, Resolution 9- <br />1272, and adjusted by Pavement Management System [(90- Condition <br />Rating) /Condition Rating] *1993 Condition Rating) upon <br />presentation of billings from the construction contractor for <br />reconstruction of this segment of Arcade Street; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City of Little Canada does hereby <br />request the Ramsey County Engineer to take the actions necessary <br />to remove and redesignate the CSAH mileage currently assigned to <br />Arcade Street (CSAH 12) between Keller Parkway and LaBore Road; <br />and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Little Canada Engineer is authorized <br />within the limits of this resolution to take actions necessary to <br />have the identified jurisdiction change executed. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Little Canada this 22nd day <br />of February, 1995. <br />Attest: <br />Michael I.
