FEB -01 -1995 16:18 FROM SWEENEY BORER 8 OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA P.03/05 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE MOVING OF <br />BUILDINGS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />A Moratorium Ordinance Relating to the moving of buildings <br />within the City Of Little Canada. <br />(A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little Canada has <br />adopted a Comprehensive Plan and zoning text, pursuant to M.S. <br />Sections 462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City <br />Council has directed the staff to study and analyze proposed uses <br />and existing zoning of the property described below within the <br />City of Little Canada for the purpose of considering the <br />amendment of the Comprehensive Plan or zoning text relating to <br />the same. <br />(B) Pursuant to M.S. Section 462.355, Subd.4, this interim <br />ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning process and <br />the health, safety, and welfare of Little Canada citizens, hereby <br />prohibits the moving of buildings within the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />1995. <br />(C) This moratorium shall be in effect until April 26, <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
