It consists of the following:
* Planner's report.
* Various reports that the staff has put together which
were forwarded to the Planning Commission for their
consideration of this matter.
Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of April 13,
1995.
* Correspondence from various members of the neighborhood
stating their concern with the proposed construction of
Jackson Street and a map indicating their property
locations.
Notes from the initial neighborhood meeting held on
November 21, 1994 which have been requested by one
member of the neighborhood.
* A petition for a local improvement which would involve
the construction of Jackson Street on a 40 foot right -
of -way. A letter from the Magnusons indicating they
would dedicate the needed 7 feet of right -of -way to
accomplish this is also enclosed with this item.
* A recent memo I forwarded to the property owners at the
end of Australian and Bluwood indicating potential
assessment impacts for the two options given conditions
as they exist today.
There is much information to consider on this tough issue. The
Planning Commission's recommendation will obviously meet with
some opposition. It also seems that a number of options do exist
Page 7
