RESOLVED, That the revocation of Arcade Street and Keller <br />Parkway will be effective the first day of the second month <br />following the date the County is in receipt of an adopted <br />resolution from the City of Little Canada concurring with the <br />County revoking the "County State Aid Highway" status of Arcade <br />Street between Trunk Highway 36 and Keller Parkway, and Keller <br />Parkway between Arcade Street and County Road C, and transferring <br />jurisdiction over the roadways to the City of Little Canada; and <br />Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, That the County will recycle and overlay these <br />segments of roadway at an estimated cost of $90,000 from the 1993 <br />Capital Improvement Plan, Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation <br />Fund as just compensation for this jurisdiction transfer; and Be <br />It Further <br />RESOLVED, The City of Little Canada does hereby request <br />the Ramsey County Engineer to take the actions necessary to <br />remove and redesignate the CSAH mileage currently assigned to <br />Arcade Street (CSAH 60) between Trunk Highway 36 and Keller <br />Parkway, and Keller Parkway (CSAH 22) between Arcade Street and <br />County Road C; and Be It Further <br />RESOLVED, The Little Canada Engineer is authorized within <br />the limits of this resolution to take actions necessary to have <br />the identified jurisdiction change executed. <br />Page 72 <br />
