RESOLUTION NO. 95 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND SETTING A BID DATE FOR THE <br />DIANNA LANE RETAINING WALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, in Ramsay County, State of Minnesota, as follows; <br />1. Construction plans and specifications for the Dianna Lane Retaining <br />Wall Improvement Project have been prepared by the City Engineer, <br />and now on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved <br />as the plans and specifications in accordance with which said <br />improvements shall be made. <br />2.
