RESOLUTION NO. 95 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND SETTING A BID DATE FOR THE <br />FRATTALONE SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, in Ramsay County, State of Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. Construction plans and specifications for the Frattalone Sewer <br />Extension Project have been prepared by the City Engineer, and now <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved as the <br />plans and specifications in accordance with which said improvements <br />shall be made. <br />2.
