CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF ROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the <br />City Council of Little Canada at the city hall on the 12th day of <br />April, 1995, at 7:30 P.M. to hear all persons present upon the <br />proposed vacation of the following road right -of -way and utility <br />easement: <br />That part of Minnesota Avenue as platted in J.F. <br />Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying <br />between the northerly extensions of the west line of Lot 48 <br />and the east line of Lot 45 in said J.F.
