CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AND AMENDING <br />LITTLE CANADA ORDINANCE NO. 402 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />The official zoning map of the Zoning Code of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to change the <br />zoning classification of the following described property: <br />The West 180 feet of the East 416 feet of Tract A, <br />Registered Land Survey No. 300. <br />The above property is hereby rezoned from either B -3, <br />General Business District, or R -1, Single Family Residential <br />District, to B -3, General Business District. <br />The City Administrator is hereby directed to make the <br />appropriate changes in the official zoning map to the City of <br />Little Canada to reflect and show the changes in zoning <br />classification as set forth above. <br />Section 2. <br />The official zoning map of the Zoning Code of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to change the <br />zoning classification of the following described property: <br />The East 236 feet of the East 416 feet of Tract A, <br />Registered Land Survey No. 300. <br />The above property is hereby rezoned from either B -3, <br />General Business District, or R -1, Single Family Residential <br />District, to R -2, Medium Density Residential District. <br />The City Administrator is hereby directed to make the <br />appropriate changes in the official zoning map to the City of <br />Little Canada to reflect and show the changes in zoning <br />classification as set forth above. <br />Section 3. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />1 <br />Page 4 <br />
