CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />COUNTRY DRIVE <br />FROM RYAN DRIVE TO RICE STREET <br />IN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 22nd day of March, 1995 by the <br />City of Little Canada in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The municipal <br />corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City ", <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid <br />Funds on the improvement of this street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width <br />for parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the <br />proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project <br />must therefore be conditioned upon verification of certain <br />parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, that <br />the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides <br />of Country Drive at all times. <br />Passed this 22nd day of March, 1995. <br />Attest: <br />Michael I.
