hydrant, extra equipment associated with project use, site lease, <br />equipment repairs, and depreciation of equipment. Ramsey County <br />will invoice each Party monthly. All payments will be remitted to <br />Ramsey County within thirty —five (35) days of receipt of invoice. <br />At the time of this Agreement, the user fees to be charged to each <br />Party for recycled road maintenance materials dropped off by the <br />Party will be as outlined in Attachment B. <br />Because this Project is experimental and in the development stage, <br />precise costs are not known. As a result, as the Parties have <br />more experience with the operations, it may be necessary to modify <br />the amount charged to reflect actual costs incurred by Ramsey <br />County in operating the Project. The Parties agree that an <br />adjustment to the amount owed or paid will be made by Ramsey <br />County on an annual basis. Any under payments or over payments <br />will be determined and payments made to adjust amounts owed <br />accordingly. <br />5. Equipment Modifications A Party may request special purpose <br />equipment in addition to the equipment to be purchased for the <br />Project or a Party may request modifications to the specifications <br />for the equipment for the Project on the condition that the <br />requesting Party agree to pay any additional cost of such <br />additional equipment or specifications agreed to by the County. <br />6.
