Grant Contract No. 6100- 25546 -01 between the Board of Government Innovation and Cooperation <br />and Ramsey County <br />A. By April 1, 1995, set up a committee to develop a multi jurisdiction materials <br />recovery operations center that will save each participating community annual costs <br />of disposing of and purchasing new materials. The committee will design and <br />develop a temporary site. The site will be moved to a central location at a later <br />date. <br />B. By May 1, 1995, develop preliminary process, agreements, costing structure, and <br />propose best equipment for purchase. <br />C By June 1, 1995, begin processing material. Submit to the Board an evaluation <br />and refinement process with recorded inputs and outputs by October 1, 1995. <br />D. By January 1, 1996, review production and revise if necessary for 1996. <br />E. By March 1, 1996, submit to the BOARD a written summary of the GRANTEE's <br />activities, including: <br />1. A copy of the multi - jurisdiction joint powers agreement for the road <br />maintenance materials recycling operation center; <br />2. A description of the process used to create a fully integrated road <br />maintenance materials recycling operation center, including a list of the <br />parties involved, the timeline, and a description of the involvement of <br />related or participating entities; <br />3. An assessment of the GRANTEE's success in implementing a fully <br />integrated road maintenance materials recycling operation center; <br />4. A description of the GRANTEE's plans for continuation of and future <br />improvements to the fully integrated road maintenance materials recycling <br />operation center; and <br />5. A description of the problems encountered in the planning and <br />implementation process, a description of how the GRANTEE addressed <br />those problems, and ideas of how those problems could have been <br />prevented. <br />II. CONSIDERATION AND TERMS OF PAYMENT. <br />A. Consideration for all services performed and goods or materials supplied by the <br />GRANTEE pursuant to this grant contract shall be paid by the BOARD as follows: <br />1.
