Grant Contract No. 6100- 25546 -01 between the Board of Government Innovation and Cooperation <br />and Ramsey County <br />dollars ($94,179) shall be made by the BOARD promptly after this grant <br />contract is executed. <br />2. The GRANTEE shall submit a quarterly financial report listing <br />expenditures for services performed under this grant contract. The <br />GRANTEE shall maintain documentation of its expenditures through <br />receipts, invoices, travel vouchers, and time sheets. Financial reports shall <br />be submitted in a form prescribed by the BOARD. The GRANTEE agrees <br />to provide the BOARD with financial reports that are due on the dates listed <br />below: <br />July 15, 1995 <br />October 15, 1995 <br />January 15, 1996 <br />April 15, 1996 <br />III. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT. All services by the GRANTEE pursuant to this grant <br />contract shall be performed to the satisfaction of the BOARD, as determined in the sole <br />discretion of its authorized agent, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local <br />laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations. <br />IV. TERM OF GRANT CONTRACT. This grant contract shall be effective on May 1, <br />1995, or upon such date as it is executed as to encumbrance by the Commissioner of <br />Finance, whichever occurs later, and shall remain in effect until June 1, 1996, or until all <br />obligations set forth in this grant contract have been satisfactorily fulfilled, whichever <br />occurs first. <br />A. The GRANTEE shall have ninety (90) days immediately following the end of the <br />grant contract period to liquidate all unpaid obligations related to the project <br />incurred prior to the end of the grant period and to submit a detailed accounting of <br />these cumulative expenditures to the BOARD. <br />B. The GRANTEE will return to the BOARD all funds provided by the BOARD that <br />are not expended for allowable project costs within ninety (90) days following the <br />end of the grant contract period. <br />C. Should the BOARD find that the GRANTEE did not implement a fully integrated <br />road maintenance materials recycling operations center according to the terms of <br />this grant contract, the BOARD may require the GRANTEE to repay all or a <br />Page 25 <br />
